International Campaign for Tibet (ICT) stated that the President of China Xi Jinping made an unannounced visit to Tibet. One Video clip was being got viral on Chinese social media shows that the President addressing the people in Nyingtri and coming out of a shop in the Barkhor area in Lhasa.
Although, the visit to the Tibetan city may have been toward the 70th anniversary of a questionable 17 Point Agreement. A document which as wrongly declared by China marks its ‘peaceful liberation of Tibet’, nonetheless, Dalai Lama has abandoned it as an agreement that was made under coercion.
