Peer Review Statement

Spread the love

The LegalOnus Law Journal (LLJ) follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the highest standards of academic integrity and legal scholarship. Each manuscript submitted to the journal is initially screened by the editorial board for relevance, originality, and adherence to submission guidelines.

Eligible manuscripts are then forwarded anonymously to two or more independent subject matter experts for evaluation. The reviewers assess the submission based on its legal reasoning, depth of analysis, contribution to existing literature, and clarity of expression. Authors are not informed of the identities of reviewers, and vice versa, to maintain impartiality.

Only manuscripts that meet the journal’s quality benchmarks and receive favorable reviews are accepted for publication. The LLJ is committed to transparency, academic excellence, and the continuous advancement of legal discourse.
