An advocate currently practising in Ahmedabad with a specialized focus on complex financial and regulatory litigation.
His areas of expertise include Direct Taxation, the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), Benami Transactions, the Black Money Act, Money Laundering laws, and other white-collar crime matters.
A graduate of UPES Dehradun, he completed his law degree in May 2025. Throughout his academic career he demonstrated a strong commitment to practical learnin,g accumulating over 50 weeks of internship experience during law school. This extensive exposure provided him with a deep understanding of courtroom procedures and corporate legal compliance well before his formal enrollment as an advocate.
Currently, Devesh is enrolled with the Bar Council of India and is practicing in a Chartered Accountancy firm in Ahmedabad. This unique setup allows him to offer a distinct advantage to his clients.
