As an Assistant Professor and a Ph.D. in Law from Alliance University, Bengaluru, he holds exceptional academic credentials, including an LL.M. in Business and Trade Laws, multiple postgraduate degrees, (MA in Industrial Sociology, MHRM, PGDIPR) and a National Eligibility Test (NET) qualification with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). His dedication to academia and research has been reflected in his guidance of 37 LL.M. dissertations and 23 MBA projects, showcasing his mentorship in academic development. He has coordinated numerous national-level events, including the Finishing Law School and Moot Court Society at SDM Law College (SDMLC), and has been instrumental in convening the Research and Publication Cell as well as the Training & Placement Cell, where he successfully organized six annual placement sessions.
