Mr. Radha Ranjan is a doctoral Research Scholar in the Department of Law and Governance, Central University of South Bihar, NAAC Accredited A++ University and UGC Category 1 University..He has obtained the degree of BA (Hons) Spanish language from EFL University, LL. B from Banaras Hindu University, LLM from National Law School of India University, Diploma from University of Catolica Chile and qualified UGC NET in Law and Criminology.  Mr. Ranjan has multiple publications in Research Papers, Articles, Blogs, book chapters in edited volumes, Peer reviewed, UGC CARE journals and presented papers in several National and International Seminars/Conferences and actively participated in various national and international workshops, FDP. He is an active editorial member, reviewer and advisory editorial board member of National as well as International Journals respectively and members of reputed society and organisation.  Mr. Ranjan has substantial experience of constitution Law, Cyber-Law., Criminal Law and Human Rights
