Ayush Chandra has pursued an extensive and comprehensive education in the field of law, complemented by practical experiences that have significantly enriched his understanding and expertise. He completed his 12th grade with a focus on the Commerce stream under the CBSE board. Following this, he enrolled in an integrated five-year course at Amity University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA), achieving first division marks. This academic program provided him with a solid foundation in legal studies, covering a broad range of subjects essential for a legal professional.
During his academic journey, Ayush sought practical experiences to complement his theoretical knowledge. His first internship was with the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) at a lower court, where he gained pivotal exposure to the fundamentals of the legal system. This initial experience introduced him to the operation of courts, the structure and function of different courtrooms, and the proper decorum required in the presence of judges. His internship also included visits to critical institutions such as the district jail, district police headquarters, the women empowerment department, and the child welfare department. These visits were instrumental in understanding the broader legal and administrative framework, as well as various facets of law enforcement and social justice.
Building on this foundational experience, Ayush pursued numerous online courses to broaden his legal knowledge. Notably, he completed courses on Drone Law and Pleading and Litigation, earning certificates of completion. These courses expanded his understanding of emerging legal fields and enhanced his skills in legal procedures and advocacy.
Seeking further practical exposure, Ayush interned at the Allahabad High Court under a seasoned advocate. This experience deepened his understanding of national laws, their interpretation, and application in specific cases. Working in a high court setting honed his analytical skills and provided insights into complex legal issues and high court procedures.
Ayush also completed an internship at the Supreme Court of India under an advocate practicing at this highest judicial forum. This opportunity was transformative, as it allowed him to gain expert knowledge in drafting and pleading. He learned about the unique terminology used in the Supreme Court and observed the workings of the apex court firsthand. This experience significantly enhanced his legal drafting skills and his understanding of Supreme Court practices and procedures.
