He has also worked as a Legal Researcher with LawFoyer in Uttar Pradesh and collaborated with Regan Associates in Lucknow. He has a strong work ethic, consistently preparing briefs and supporting the research team and drafted legal documents. Nighilkumar has also been an editor for LawFoyer, assisting the Editorial Board in proofreading and editing manuscripts. He has published several papers and articles, including a paper on the legality of marital rape and an article on the Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act.
